For Senior Division students, if you have checked one or more boxes
above, please note that additional ISEF forms are required in all cases.
In addition, with the exception of Hazardous Chemicals, Activities and
Devices, prior approval by an IRB, SRC, IACUC, or IBC may be required.
Please refer to the International Rules 2007/2008 or to the INTEL ISEF
Student Handbook 2008 for more information.
For Junior Division students, ISEF paperwork is not required. However,
sponsors are responsible for ensuring that students follow the protocols
of the ISEF rules and regulations. The NWISEF reserves the right to
disqualify projects that do not comply with the ISEF rules and regulations
from participation in the regional fair.
